I paid for an Enquiry on Results (EOR) for my test to be re-marked so why was my score still incorrect?
Unfortunately, the technical issue also impacted remarks during the affected time period. We would be happy to refund the original test and the remark you paid for covering Listening and/or Reading components.

I paid for an Enquiry on Results (EOR). Will you refund me the cost of the EOR?
Provided the EOR is for an affected four skills test, and the components which were remarked were the Listening or Reading, you can apply for a refund, if you have not already received one.
